NEED A DIFFERENT FORMAT?

VHS NTSC is the format we stock our VHS videocassettes in; NTSC is the consumer format used in the United States and Canada.

Europe, Australia, and some other countries use the PAL format.

If you need a video in PAL, BETA, or some other format, we can place a special order for you.  Please note the following about special orders:

• There is an additional special order fee because we have to place an extra-cost special order with our tape duplicator for a different format, and a quantity of only one.



• Payment for the order is required in advance.



• Shipment may take as long as two weeks.



• Refunds are not allowed on special order products.
